Made with Duo Swap

AI-generated from two everyday photos. The people shown agreed to it.

Three steps, about five minutes

The video model follows the original performance frame by frame, so the moves, the camera and the timing stay exactly as they were. Only the people change.

Photos that work best:

  • Face clearly visible, eyes open, looking roughly at the camera.
  • Head and shoulders or more. A waist-up shot helps the body match.
  • Add an outfit photo (optional) and they'll wear those clothes instead of the originals.
  • Everyday photos of people who agreed. The model blocks some famous faces and professional shots.

If the video model can't make your video, you get a full refund automatically.

Questions

What exactly do I get?

A 10-second, 720p MP4 of the booth performance with your two people in it, with the original sound. You can watch and download it from your order page.

Why does it cost money up front?

Every video runs on a large video model that charges us per second whether you like the result or not. If it fails to make your video, you're refunded in full.

Will it look exactly like them?

The motion matches the original almost exactly. Likeness depends on the photos: a sharp, well-lit photo with the face clearly visible works best. Photos with sunglasses, heavy filters or several people in them work worst.

What happens to the photos?

They're sent to the video model to make your video and kept with your order so you can see what went in. They aren't used for anything else.

Can I use anyone's photo?

Only of people who agreed to it. Don't use it to make something that could be mistaken for real footage of someone.
